“Forming the next generation of spirit-filled leaders”
The Need: Young people, particularly Latino young people, are leaving the Church in increasing numbers. The Church in the United States has struggled to adapt to and address the diverse and emerging needs of these first and second generation immigrants who deeply desire an authentic connection to their spirituality. There is an increasing need for lay leadership development to fill the void left by the decline in religious vocations.
We aim to: EMPOWER and EQUIP young Latinos with HIGH-QUALITY FAITH FORMATION that enables them to become LEADERS.
We Offer:
Retreats
Communities for young people adults and couples
Mentorship program
Formative Activities
